Teresa Tadlock, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is Human Resources Manager at Lumos & Associates. Teresa is a seasoned HR Professional with more than 25 years of experience in a wide variety of Human Resources disciplines. Teresa has worked in manufacturing, hospitality, public municipality, and real estate development industries. Teresa has been instrumental in leading change and overseeing progressive Human Resources initiatives. Teresa is Past-President for NNHRA and has served in many NNHRA and SHRM leadership positions.
Kyla Willard, SHRM-SCP
Lumos & Associates
Kyla Willard is a dedicated HR professional with nine years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Business Management, from the University of Nevada, Reno, and recently obtained her SHRM-SCP certification. Throughout her career, Kyla has held various positions, including HR Specialist, HR Manager, Director of Human Resources, and most recently, Senior HR Coordinator. These roles have provided her with valuable insights into many aspects of HR operations.
