"COVID-19 HR Support Group Webinar"

We may not be able to gather in numbers but we can still support each other virtually! NNHRA will be holding a free COVID-19 Support Group Webinar on Wednesday, March 25th. We will be receiving updates from both the legal and HR perspectives and ideas on how to deal with the current situation we face as employers. We understand the situation is rapidly changing but we just have to do the best we can with each new change. 

We will be receiving advice and opinions from a panel of experts that support NNHRA and the HR Profession. We will discuss HR Best Practices for remote workers, paid time off, FMLA and what to do when facing potential layoffs. We will get a legal update on obligations to keep employees safe, leave requirements under the new Families First Coronavirus Response Act, ramifications of disregarding guidelines and how to avoid potential liability pitfalls. Then we will move into Question and Answer/Sharing where you will get to voice your concerns, questions, and tips that may help fellow members.
